SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Access Capital Today Inc. regarding your use of our Site and Services and supersede all previous agreements or understandings.
You may also be subject to additional terms that apply when using certain services, third-party software, or affiliate services.
SECTION 18 – CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in either the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You and Access Capital Today Inc. consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive all objections to venue or jurisdiction.

SECTION 20 – NO RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP & NON-TRANSFERABILITY
You understand and agree that your account is non-transferable. Upon your death, all rights to your account terminate.
Upon receiving a valid death certificate, we may permanently close your account and delete associated data.
SECTION 21 – STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the use of our Services or these Terms must be filed within two (2) years after the event giving rise to such claim. Otherwise, it will be permanently barred.

To comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, court orders, or requests from law enforcement or government agencies, Access Capital Today Inc. reserves the right to access, preserve, and disclose any information we deem necessary, including user account information, IP addresses, transaction history, and usage data.
This right is governed by our Privacy Policy.
