MAPCO has 350+ corporate-owned convenience stores operating primarily in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia, with additional locations in Arkansas, Virginia, Kentucky, and Mississippi.

Special Instructions:
Some WEX backed accounts have a one time set up fee of $40.00. There could be a monthly accounting fee with the Universal card if not purchasing more than 1,000.00 gallons of gas.
Keep in mind if applying for multiple gas cards that are backed by WEX it would be best to apply over the phone with them instead of Online so that it isn’t viewed as fraud being done.

– EIN number with IRS
– Business address- matching everywhere.

– A Social Security number for the business owner(s) will be required for informational purposes
